The combustion mode is chosen depending on the type and moisture content of the fuel, weather conditions and the required heat output.

Maximum combustion mode:
This mode is achieved when both the ash pan is pulled out to the MAX mark located on the right-side wall of the ash pan and the rotating disc is opened fully.

About Products

When can you use the tent?

The entire range of Bereg tents is designed for year-round use across four seasons:

  • 4-Season Camping Tent
  • 4-Season Sauna Tent
  • 4-Season Marquee Tent

Additionally, there are various accessories available for customizing your tents to meet individual requirements.

What are the advantages of double-layer tent?

Features of Bereg double-layer tents:

PF Bereg two-layer tents consist of a frame, an outer tent fly and an inner tent fly with a removable summer floor with a zipper. These tents are suitable for use year-round in any climate zone, including the Arctic.

A key feature of double-layer tents is the “air gap” created between the tent flies. This “air gap” offers several advantages:

  • Natural condensation occurs exclusively in the space between the tent flies, preventing the interior of the tent from feeling wet and maintaining its leak resistance;
  • The moisture-repellent impregnation of the tent flies causes moisture to form in drops on the outer tent fly, minimizing the amount of condensate that collects on the inner fly. For drying, simply shaking the flies is sufficient without the need for additional drying of the tent;
  • The air gap acts as an excellent insulator, keeping the tent warm during winter while preventing overheating in the summer months. We recommend not removing the inner tent fly except for gentle cleaning purposes.

Moreover, double-layer tents provide better wind resistance, leak resistance and comfort.

Is it safe to use a stove in the tent?

All tents and stoves manufactured by PF Bereg are designed for universal use and ensure safety during operation. We recommend reading the instructions for tents and stoves prior to use.

Features of Bereg tents and stoves that ensure safety:

Tents:

  • a specially equipped place for stove installation in two-layer tents includes a heat-resistant wall and a chimney made of fire-resistant fabric with silicone impregnation;
  • an effective ventilation system for proper airflow when using the tent stove.

Tent stoves:

  • reflective screens reduce the temperature effect to objects near the stove;
  • a spark arrestor forms two combustion chambers, increasing efficiency and preventing the release of sparks;
  • removable legs provide additional stability for the stove

The presence of accessories such as heat-resistant stove mats, smoke and CO gas detectors provide additional safety.

How to care for tents and stoves?

Quality all-season tent and wood stove are an investment for many years. To ensure it lasts longer, follow the care and storage recommendations.

TENTS

  • After use, clean the flies and frame of sand and dirt. You can wash off dirt using a sponge and soapy water (at 30°C). Please, do not use abrasive or stiff brushes. This can damage the waterproof coating.
  • You can dry the tent before you go home. Light the stove, then open windows and doors for ventilation. You can also dry the tent after returning home. Take the tent out of the bag and unfold it in a dry, well-ventilated space. Leave it for a while.
  • If there is no place at home to set up the tent, unfold the tent without setting it up. You can do this near a radiator. Change the tent’s position periodically. Another variant is to set up the tent outside if weather is good enough. Open windows and doors for ventilation.

STOVES

  • During use, remove ash from the stove every 7 hours.
  • Clean the chimney pipes every 10 hours, using a metal brush or improvised things (such as short tree branches).
  • Clean the stove before going home for storing it without ash and dirt.

GENERAL

We recommend to keep tents and stoves in a dry place. Store the tent and stove in bags to protect them from moisture, dirt and dust.
